Procedural Text Dots (Period Chars) Attached To Letter Points

A large upgrade from my previous experiment (https://twitter.com/textperimentor/status/1636603159069044736).

The old experiment only worked on text that was converted to shapes and couldn't be modified afterwards. The new experiment now works on normal text layers without having to convert to shapes. Any lowercase or uppercase letter in the alphabet can have dots attached to its points.

I would normally make this free since it's a tool for learning, but there are some incredibly advanced expression concepts in here that I think are worth the purchase.
